We are a loving family that raises just a few
special puppies a year. We specialize in small,
non-shedding puppies that are hypoallergenic.

These pups are played with everyday by
myself and my children, and they love to love
you. Please see my Terms and Policies below
before choosing a puppy.

All my puppies come with a 1 yr health
guarantee. They also will have had their first
2 shots, deworming. If there is a specific
puppy you are looking for, please let me know
and I can place you on my waiting list.

We can ship a puppy to most anywhere in the
US for $200-$250. You can see the puppies
that are available by clicking on the breed you
are looking for in the menu.

We are located in South Western Minnesota.
I will deliver for free to the Twin Cities, MN
and also 1 hour into South Dakota and Iowa.

Terms and Policies Below

Payment Terms:

I do not take personal checks any longer due to problems I have had.

I will take cash, money order or cashiers checks. A $100 deposit will

hold your puppy for you, but this is non-refundable due to the puppy

being held for you and no longer available for others to buy.

 

Your puppy's Health:

Your puppy will have all his/her shots and worming up to date. Keep in

mind that this does not mean that your puppy will never get worms. 

Normal wormings are required for the life of your dog, 

as are normal visits to your vet for check ups and shots.

My health gaurantee is stated below, but remember that it 

covers genetic defects and major health concerns, not minor

 illnesses that can happen to any dog.(earmites....)

  

Return Policy:

Buying a puppy is a very big decision. Do not take it lightly! When you

choose a puppy and bring it home, you are doing so with the intention

of having it in your family for the rest of its' life. If you find that you have

changed your mind about having the puppy, and there is no genetic defect

wrong with the puppy, I will possibly take the puppy back, but you will lose the

 $100 deposit, even if you did not put a deposit down because of an agreement

 you made with me. You will only recieve money back after the puppy is sold

 again minus the costs for selling it. Also, you will be responsible for getting

 the puppy back to me as my time is valuable to me.

 Keep this in mind when buying a puppy from anyone.

If there is a serious medical problem with the puppy, I will refund the entire

purchase price to you or replace the dog, buyers choice.

Health Guarantee:

The health guarantee by MN state law will cover costs up to the purchase price

of your puppy and  no greater. If there is a major health problem, the money will

be paid directly to your vet for the bill you have.
